1. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date.
  • Product that are Noted as (ORDER IN ITEAMS) Can not be Refunded while been processed or shipped 
  • All (ORDER IN) items cannot be refunded or cancelled as they are not stocked in New Zealand and have to be made/ by agreeing to our to our terms of service when making a checkout on our website you are agreeing to this policy for (ORDER IN) 

3. Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price may apply to all returns and order cancellations 

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Nitrouscoffeebar@outlook.com to Start a Return
  • Once you have received your Return Shipping Label, securely package the item and ship it back to us, Using the address given by our staff .

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that it may take 3-4 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
